After 20mins jogging, I made myself a nice bowl of vegan oatmeal: 4tbs oats, handful raisin, 1tbs almond flour, 1tbs yiren flour, handful fresh blueberry, almond and flaxseed to garnish.
今早慢跑20分钟后,给自己做了一份纯素燕麦粥:燕麦,一把提子,杏仁粉,薏仁粉,蓝莓,最后用杏仁和亚麻籽装饰下。
