Ingredients:
150g pastry flour (all purpose flour can be substitution)
150g bread flour (all purpose flour can be substitution)
50g almonds
250g coconut milk
60g oil
150g sweetener (I used cane sugar in this video)
1 tbsp baking powder
200g pumpkin
shredded coconut
cinnamon powder (optional)
vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
1. cut pumpkin into small pieces
2. put all ingredients together and pour into muffin pan
3. sprinkle shredded coconut
4. bake at 350F/180C for 30 minutes
