Mousse: matcha powder 5g, 60% whipped cream 100g, mascarpone cheese 200g, 30g sugar, 1yolk, gelatin 2.5g, 70g milk.
Topping: 80% whipped cream 50g, 5g sugar, some cherry blossoms and leaves.
