#红烧带鱼# #红烧#Ingredients:
2LBS of belt fish or any fish you like
sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 small piece of dried aniseeds ( star anise, 大料,八角)
- chopped green onions, sliced Galic and ginger
Cooking direction:
- pan fry the fish until golden brown
- Add source, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes or until only a small amount of sauce left
- Enjoy!
