Salted duck yoke covered pumpkin

I did a ‘duck on duck’ today… I’m not sure if it could be categorized as religious or sacrilegious, but here’s the entire process -

1. I made Gordon Ramsey’s crispy skinned duck breast (as shown in pic 2), and then used the duck fat to

2. Sauté the salted duck egg yoke, and then the boiled pumpkin strips.

Duck on duck. Damn I’m good.

So is this meal. Which I paired with quinoa.  

(I really should get more veggies 😂
