法式煮火腿1片20g
povolone芝士50g
面粉150g
鸡蛋液150g
橄榄油20ml
盐5g,胡椒1g
大蒜粉2g,面包粉150g

步骤:
1,鸡胸肉对半切,拍扁
2,法式煮火腿包裹芝士,再把它包到鸡胸肉里
3,鸡蛋液加橄榄油,盐,胡椒,大蒜粉,搅拌均匀
4,包好的鸡胸肉过三关
5,用清黄油把鸡肉煎炸至两面金黄
6,放烤箱180°烤8分钟
7,装盘
