昨晚做了两张鸡肉口蘑披萨,超香啊~买了现成的base,组装起来很快。
组装:
sauce + cheese + spinach + onions/mushrooms/red capsicum + chicken + cheese
Sauce:
tomato paste半罐85g + tomato sauce + sugar + soy sauce + oregano + curry powder + pepper powder + malt vinegar
Veggie:
红椒切宽条,撒盐/黑胡椒,烤箱185度15分钟翻面再烤烤;
洋葱切块,口蘑切厚片,炒熟盛出;
红椒放锅里再煎一煎,盛出;
鸡肉切块,盐黑胡椒腌制,淀粉抓匀,煎熟。
