3 cp whole wheat flour ,1/2 tbsp yeast,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder, 1 3/4+- cp water/milk(確保麵糰濕軟湿), (Optional:22g 木薯粉), 3 sq 煉乳,mixer 3檔10mins 後入冰箱冷藏發酵,12hrs 後拿出加入切小的核桃仁,切小的Fig塊,葡萄乾,越多越好🤭 Mixer 3檔10mins;烤箱450F 鑄鐵鍋連蓋烤30mins 後放入麵糰烤30mins,400F 去蓋烤15mins。Done😋
