Simple meal ~
An extra orange because the cauliflower with shrimp dish is so salty!
Fine, finally, I ate three oranges totally……
As soon as I have an intention to conduct 16:8 fasting or other diets, I begin to have a tendency to overeat!
I just can’t lose weight by any strict diets, which will only make me crave more food and eat more!I can only lose weight slowly by changing my life habits step by step.
OK, I just made it finally.
I didn’t eat anything after 4 o’clock pm(my breakfast began at 8 o’clock am)
Maybe because I took my mind off food and fasting, I did something else like studying English or calculus which made me forget fasting temporarily
What’s more, when I feel hungry I drink much water but drinking too much before bed always disrupts my morning sleep ( I have to go to toilets but I am sleepy!) so I am trying to drink around 250ml rather than 500ml.
