用料  

Dark chocolate 65% cocoa 200g
butter 200
flour 100g
eggs 300g
sugar 200g
cream 100g

Chocolate Fondant的做法  

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar in a blender

  2. add the chocolate and melted butter, then add the flour and last, the cream

  3. Fill the moulds and cook for 10 minutes at 180 ºC (350 ºF), turn out when warm, although you can also turn out when hot.
