在中型的容器裡, 把低筋麵粉, 泡打粉跟鹽混合
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
在大型的容器裡, 用電動打蛋器將牛油跟糖打發大概3分鐘.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar on medium-high until light and fluffy, about 3 mins
將蛋黃跟香草精加入打發的牛油中. 把麺粉分次加入並攪拌混合.
Add in egg yolks and vanilla. Beat to combine. Gradually add flour mixture and beat to combine
將麵團放進冰箱冷藏30分鐘.
烤箱至預熱350度
Put dough onto a plate, wrap in plastic. Refrigerate 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
檯面上撒少許額外的低筋粉,用擀麵杖把冷藏的麵團擀成 1/8 吋厚.
用模具壓出自己喜歡的造型.
在每個餅乾的頂部附上用麵團製成的環, 或用刀子/筷子弄個小孔.
Sprinkle some flour on the table. Roll out chilled dough to 1/8-inch thickness.
Use cookie cutters to cut dough into desired shapes.
Attach a loop made from the dough to the top of each cookie, or make a small hole using a chopstick/knife
將餅乾排在鋪了油布的烤盤上, 每個相距一吋.
使用更小的模具或刀,切出每個餅乾的中心.
用這些切出的麵團做更多的餅乾.
Place cookies, 1 inch apart, on baking sheets. Using a smaller cookie cutter or a knife, cut out dough in center of each cookie. Reserving these center bits to add into extra dough
餅乾烤8-10分鐘左右後成半熟的樣子, 烤至一半時, 把烤盤轉一下,可使受熱均勻.
Bake until cookies are pale but set, about 8 to 10 mins, rotating sheets halfway through.
把彩色的糖果在包裝紙裏面敲成碎末.
Crush the hard candies in their wrappers with a rolling pin.
取出餅乾, 在中間放滿彩色的糖果敲成碎末,
可以弄成混色或漂亮的漸變效果喔~
Remove from oven. Fill cutouts with crushed candy.
You can try to mix different colours together.
放入烤箱中繼續烤3分鐘,直至餅乾邊變成棕色, 糖完全溶化為止.
取出后待完全冷却, 把絲帶, 魚絲或繩子穿過小孔打結
Bake until cookies begin to brown at edges and candy is melted, about 3 mins.
Let cool completely.
Thread a piece of ribbon through the loop and tie a knot.
