Buy eggs that are edible when raw. In Beijing, I recommend using this brand
把三个蛋清分在大碗
Separate the three egg whites into a large bowl
把蛋黄分在中碗里
Leave the egg yolks in a medium bowl
蛋清加5茶勺白糖,用打蛋器把蛋清打开
Beat the white whites with 5 teaspoons of sugar
打到能够站立起来 (peak)
Beat the eggs until it peaks (when it can hold up its peak shape)
意大利的奶酪叫做mascarpone,买不到可以买cream cheese,只要是软的奶酪就能做
Use Mascarpone. If you cannot find it, use soft cream cheese
把奶酪和蛋黄,加5茶勺白糖,用打蛋器拌匀
Blend the egg yolks and the mascarpone, add 5 teaspoons of sugar and mix well
拌匀后待用
Leave mixture aside
把蛋黄奶酪放入打好的蛋清
Mix the egg yolk mascarpone mixture with the egg white
拌匀后待用
Mix well and leave aside
意大利的饼干叫lady finger
Use Italian biscuit or known as lady fingers
用一杯冷矿泉水加入4茶勺的速溶咖啡
Add four teaspoons of instant coffee to a cup of cold water
把锡纸铺在容器内
Put foil around container
把一层酱铺在容器里
Layer the container with the mixture
饼干泡入咖啡里取出,铺在酱上面
Immerse the lady finger into cold coffee, remove and place on mixture
沾满咖啡的饼干上再铺上酱
Layer another mixture on the soaked lady finger
程序再重复一遍
Repeat the process
用锡纸包上,在冷藏一个晚上。隔天吃前,洒上一层可可粉
Use foil to cover and refrigerate overnight
拿出来,切块,摆盘
Remove from fridge, cut into pieces and plate
也可以用玻璃杯装

把饼干折半,泡咖啡后,放入杯里,然后浇上一层酱
Break the lady finger in half and soak in coffee. Place on top of mixture and layer with more mixture on the top
洒上可可粉,放入冰箱一个晚上便可以吃
