用料
蓝莓玛芬蛋糕 Blueberry Muffin的做法

烤箱预热到180度，12连玛芬烤盘放入纸杯准备好。

准备干料，把泡打粉和盐倒入装有低粉大碗里搅拌均匀。

准备湿料，把黄油和糖放入一个大碗搅拌均匀后加入鸡蛋继续搅拌，然后加入香草精和原味酸奶搅拌均匀，这样湿料就准备好了。

把湿料倒入干料中用打蛋器搅拌均匀后倒入洗好的蓝莓，用橡皮刮刀把蓝莓翻拌到面糊里直到均匀。

把搅拌好的面糊均匀分到玛芬烤盘里，然后送到烤箱180度烤20-25分钟，或直到表面金黄，牙签插到蛋糕中间拿出来没有生面糊就可以了。
小贴士
1.翻拌蓝莓到面糊的时候需要轻一点，尽量不要在翻拌的时候把蓝莓弄破。
2.每个人的烤箱温度都会有些温差，所以根据自己的烤箱来掌握烘焙时间，也许你的烤箱需要烤20分钟或者30分钟。
