这款点心之前听一个学营养的朋友提起过,最近在减脂期,就从网上扒过来了,原则上就是用打碎的坚果粉代替面粉,用纯可可粉代替巧克力,不加糖,最后会用椰子油和糙米糖浆调配出美味的糖霜增加甜度。可以做无负担零食,或减脂期加餐。

用料  

杏仁 raw almonds 1 cup
腰果 raw cashews 1/4 cup
核桃 raw walnuts 1/2 cup
枣 dates 2 cups
可可粉 regular cocoa powder (or carob powder for a healthier alternative) 1/3 cup
盐 salt 1/4 tsp.
香草精 vanilla extract 1-1.5 tsp.
开心果和枸杞(切碎)chopped pistachios and goji berries 1/2 cup
糖霜Frosting ingredients:
椰子油 coconut oil - semi solid 1/2 cup
糙米糖浆 rice syrup 1/4 cup
可可粉 cocoa powder (or carob powder) 2 tbs.
盐 salt Pinch

  1. 将烘培纸放入方形的烤盘中待用

    Line a square tin with baking
    paper.

  2. 将杏仁和腰果放入食物机中打碎至均匀的细小颗粒状。随后加入核桃和枣,打碎并搅拌均匀;随后加入可可粉,盐,香草精,搅拌均匀,此步骤完成后混合物应该是粘稠,不松散,没达到的话就加入几滴水

    For the brownies, process almonds and cashews in a food processor until you get a fine consistency. Add walnuts and dates and pulse - mix should be crumbly and not coming together. Add cocoa, salt and vanilla and pulse - mix should be sticky and hold when pressed. If it's dry, add a few drops of water.

  3. 加入开心果和枸杞碎,搅拌均匀

    Add pistachios and goji berries and gently combine into the mixture.

  4. 将步骤3中混合均匀的原料加入步骤1的方形烤盘中,压实

    Press mixture firmly into the tin.

  5. 糖霜:

    将椰子油和糙米糖浆混合均匀后,加入可可粉和盐,混合均匀

    For the frosting, combine coconut oil and rice syrup until smooth. Add cocoa and salt then mix until just incorporated.

  6. 将步骤5就匀涂抹在布朗尼上,放入冰箱冷藏1个小时以上

    Spread over brownie and refrigerate for an hour or more until set.

  7. 可以吃了

    Cut and serve.

小贴士

1. 所有坚果类最好用生的,或者没有盐焗过的
2.可可粉最好不要用超市里买的巧克力粉,那种含糖量太高,最好的是纯天然可可粉,无任何添加的
