1.牛油果大小不尽相同,在美国,光滑表面个头比较大的是Florida牛油果,凹凸不平表面个头小很多的是California牛油果。我用的是后者。
2. 可可粉的量可以根据爱好酌情减少,目前这个方子,吃起来黑巧克力味道非常浓郁,换句话说,很苦。但是经过了一位资深巧克力爱好者的极大肯定,她说,爱的就是这个味儿!最讨厌那种甜腻的巧克力了。
3. 实在怕苦,那就多加枫糖浆或者蜂蜜。
4. 这个慕斯的总热量不低,主要来自于牛油果和椰浆中的脂肪,香蕉中的糖,可可粉中的脂肪。我想下一次做的话,我会把椰浆直接替换成市售的almond milk,或者coconut milk, 热量在一杯30卡左右,低到不能再低,看看好不好吃吧,不好吃的话还是乖乖换回椰浆!
