早餐:燕麦粥

一次煮一锅,分五份放在小保鲜盒里,然后放到冰箱里冷藏就是一周的早餐

用料  

steel-cut oats
raisin
season fruit
low-fat milk
chia seeds
honey

早餐:燕麦粥的做法  

  1. boil the oats for about 3 min, stir frequently

  2. Turn off the heat, add milk, raisins, chia seeds and honey. Stir well.

  3. While waiting for the oatmeal to cool, cut season fruit into pieces and distribute them into containers.

  4. Pour oatmeal into containers, then put the containers in refrigerator
