Soft Chocolate Bread stuffed with Sticky Rice Cake&Bean Paste

用料  

CHOCO DOUGH
high gluten flour 250g
salt 3g
sugar 35g
yeast 4g
butter 25g
egg 1
water 120g-130g (depends on the size of egg)
STICKY RICE CAKE
sticky rice 70g
corn powder 20g
milk 120g
sugar 30g
butter (or vegetable oil is fine) 10g
FILLING red bean paste (better with some whole red bean), raisins, shredded nuts

Soft Chocolate Bread stuffed with Sticky Rice Cake&Bean Paste的做法  

  1. Blend everything in "CHOCO DOUGH" and make it smooth and silky (to developing phase), keep it in warm place and wait for it to grow twice bigger.

  2. At the same time, make the "STICKY RICE CAKE", blend everything as described, use Microwave to heat for 3 mins, take it out and blend, then heat it for another 2 mins, blend again, wait for it to cool down.

  3. Cut the  "CHOCO DOUGH" into three pieces, Roll it into a big sheet, spread the fillings and sticky rice cake on it, roll it up to a U-shape.

  4. pre-heat the oven to 180C degree. Bake for 20 mins.
