用料  

raw sushi nori sheets 2 sheets
mashed avocado 1
red bell pepper, thin strips ¼-1/2
large organic carrot, thin strips ¼
苜蓿芽(alfalfa sprouts) ½ cup
Dijon mustard 1 Tbs(15ml)
Tamari sauce 寿司酱油 1-2 tsp(5-10ml)
squeezed fresh lemon or lime juice 1 Tbs(15ml)
finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tbs(15ml)
sesame seeds To taste

Veggie “Sushi” Rolls的做法  

  1. 在紫菜片上涂一层牛油果泥,放上切好的灯笼椒、胡萝卜、苜蓿芽、西芹碎,快速卷起,切成小块。
