Old fashioned oats 非即食燕麦 2 1/2 cup
Plain Greek Yoghurt 原味希腊酸奶 1 cup
Eggs 鸡蛋 2
Sugar 糖 1/2 cup
Baking powder 泡打粉 1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 小苏打 1/2 tsp
Ripe banana 香蕉 2
Chocolate chips 1/2 cup (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick spray (the batter tends to stick to liners when there is not oil in them).

  2. Add oats, yogurt, eggs, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and bananas to a blender. Mix until smooth.

  3. If you are using chocolate chips, pour batter into a bowl. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until a tester comes out clean.

  5. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
