在锅里面煮开奶油和蜂蜜,一直搅一搅不断搅拌。三分钟后将锅离火。
In a medium saucepan bring cream and honey to boil. Boil for 3 minutes stirring continually. Remove from stove.
加柠檬汁和酸橙汁,混合均匀。
Add lemon and lime juice and stir.
把熏衣草的花枝放在混合物泡10到20分钟。
Mix in lavender sprigs and allow to steep for 10-20 minutes.
拿出来熏衣草的花枝。放混合物在小碗里。
Remove sprigs and pour into ramekins. Top with a few tiny flowers.
用塑料薄膜盖住。最少两个小放在冰箱里面。
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
