Meg Rivers recipe - madeleines

Since Marcel Proust gave them a mention in his novel "Remembrance of Things Past", generations of French children have come home from school to a plate of these to dip in their " chocolat chaud ". They work equally well with a nice cup of tea or coffee.

用料  

all-purpose flour 130g
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
salt a pinch
caster sugar 120g
eggs 3
honey 2 teaspoon
grated zest of lemon 1
salted butter, melted and cooled 120g
icing sugar, for decoration 1 tablespoon
