烤箱预热350F, 5*8inch 烤盘喷油防粘
butter, white sugar, brown sugar混合均匀,加入egg, vanilla, cinnamon, salt & baking powder, 最后加入过筛的面粉,混合均匀,此时面糊会很厚
倒入苹果和walnuts,这时候面糊由于苹果水分释放,会从粘稠变得顺滑,倒入烤盘
混合4 Tablespoons 白糖和肉桂粉,均匀撒在烤盘内的面糊上
烤45min,插入牙签抽出后没有面糊黏在牙签上,从烤箱取出,放凉后切块
