Chocolate Chip Cake Layer
Oat flour 1/4 cup/ 28g
Protein powder in flavor of choice 1 scoop/ 28g
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/8 teaspoon
Coconut sugar 1 tablespoon/ 12g
Apple sauce 1/4 cup/ 60g
Coconut oil, melted 1 tablespoon/ 14g
Chocolate chips 1 tablespoon
Brownie Layer
Oat flour 3 tablespoons/ 21g
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons/ 10g
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
Salt a pinch
Coconut sugar 2 tablespoons/ 24g
Apple sauce 3 tablespoons/ 45g
Coconut oil, melted 1 tablespoon/ 14g
Chocolate chips 1 teaspoon

Healthy Chocolate Chip Brownie Cake 【健康巧克力布朗尼蛋糕】!!的做法  

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

  2. In two small bowls, combine ingredients for each layer separately.

  3. Grease an 8"x 4" loaf pan. Spread the chocolate chip cake layer evenly in the bottom of the pan.

  4. Next, spread the brownie batter evenly on top. Top with additional chocolate chips if desired.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until slightly firm in the center. I recommend checking on it after 15 minutes to make sure it is not getting overdone, as all ovens cook differently. Allow to cool before slicing into 8 squares.
