Season and marinate the chicken legs overnight
Preheat oven to 350 along with the cast iron skillet.
Pat the chicken leg dry with kitchen towel.
Heat the skillet on the stove over medium high heat. Spay the pan with oil. Place the chicken legs skin-side down in the hot pan. Season the meat side with salt and pepper.
Let the skin fry undisturbed until crispy and golden brown (6-8 minutes) . Flip the chicken and cook for 3 more minutes
Places lemon slices in the pan with the chicken and transfer chicken to the oven for 30 minutes. Squeeze lemon on top to finish.
