Flour | 2 cups |
White sugar | 1/3 cup |
Salt | 1/8 tsp |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Baking soda | 1 tsp |
Butter | 1/3 cup |
Egg | 1 large |
Light cream | 1/2 cup |
Vanilla extract | 1 tsp |
Hand mix flour and butter.
In another bowl, mix all liquid ingredients.
Put all dry ingredients together, mix with the liquid.
Make a round dough, cut into triangles.
Oven in 420F, bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
