Cut the both ends of lotus
Use the peelers to peel the skin
Vertically cut first
Then cut to slices
Before fried like any other vegetable, put some drinking water to soak the lotus for 10~15mins
Use coconut oil for lotus
Heat within 4 level to melt the coconut oil
Fry until the lotus get stick
Then add some water
Boiling for 10~15 mins
Until water is gone
Add white salt
Radish can also be added to this dish
