
Rolled oats | 5 cups |
pitted medjool dates | 12-14 |
Water | 1 1/4 cup |
Vanilla bean powder or extract | 1 tsp |
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Blend the dates, water, and vanilla bean powder on high.
3. Pour the date paste over the oats and mix.
1. Spread out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
3. Cool. Cut into bars.
