blackberries | 1/2 cup |
chopped mango | 2 cups ( about 3 mangos) |
raw rolled oats | 2 1/2 cup |
Maple syrup | 1/4 cup |
1. In the food processor, puree the blackberries.
2. Add the maple syrup and oats.
3. Process until it sticks together.
1. Press into 6 muffin tins lined with paper liners. 2. Make a large well in the middle of each cupcake for the filling.
1. Puree the mango in the blender until smooth.
2. Fill each cupcake with mango puree.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
