Dijon mustard (optional) | 1 teaspoon |
Olive oil | 3 tablespoons |
Vegetable oil | 3 tablespoons |
Any green salad Eg. Lettuce | 1-2 heads |
Mix shallot, vinegar, and salt. Add mustard and stir. Add olive oil and vege oil. Blend, if too sharp add a bit more vege oil and a touch more salt.
Dress the lettuce with 1/3 - 1/2.
