用料  

raw cashew 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
lemon juice 2 tbsp
apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1/2 tsp
Sea salt 1/4 tsp
white pepper 1/4 tsp

Cashew Sour Cream的做法  

  1. Soak raw cashew for overnight.

  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.

  3. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
