  1. Garlic Sauce
    蒜香美乃滋

    -1 tbsp yogurt
    -2 tbsp mayo
    -2 cloves garlic, minced
    -1 dash dried parsley
    -Salt & Pepper

    *for Pita/Sandwich, serve on bread, falafel

  2. Thai Sauce
    泰式花生酱

    -Peanut Butter
    -Soy Sauce
    -Sriracha

    *for salads, serve on rice, chicken, or serve as a dip

  3. Dijon Lemon Salad Dressing
    柠檬芥末沙拉

    -2 tsp honey
    -2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    -1/4 cup oil(any)
    -1/4 cup lemon juice
    -Salt & Pepper to taste

    Honey:Dijon:Oil:Lemon
    1:3:6:6

    *for coleslaw, lettuce, spring mix, etc.

  4. Garlic Mustard
    蒜香芥末酱(腌肉用)
    -1 tbsp Lemon juice
    -2 tbsp oil
    -2 cloves of garlic, minced
    -1 tsp onion powder
    -1 tsp Dijon mustard
    -Salt & Pepper

    *for marinating chicken, fish, etc.

  5. Honey Yellow Mustard
    蜂蜜黄芥末酱(腌肉用)

    -Yellow Mustard
    -Honey
    -Soy Sauce
    1:1:1

    *for marinating chicken, tofu, or other veggies
