STEP 1
Cook the beans in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, heat a griddle (chargrill) to smoking hot. Put the steak pieces between 2 sheets of clingfilm and bash out to 1cm thickness with the back of a wooden spoon. Season lightly, brush with oil then griddle for 1 minute each side and put on a plate to rest.
STEP 3
Whisk the dressing ingredients together. Drain the beans, mix with the cherry tomatoes and dressing and serve with the steak.
