橄榄油 (Olive oil) | 1 汤勺 (1 tablespoon) |
锅烧热,加橄榄油,放入大虾两面煎黄,每面煎大约1分钟左右。(Heat the skillet. Put olive oil in the hot pan. Pan-fry both sides of the shrimp until golden brown. About 1 minute on each side. Take the shrimp out of the pan).
在同样的锅子里再加一点点橄榄油,中火放入洋葱煎至变软,大约1到2分钟左右。(In the same pan, add a little bit of olive oil. Put diced onion on medium heat until the onion is soft. About 1 to 2 minutes ).
加西芹略炒,加西红柿,加蒜泥,炒两三分钟左右直到蒜香四溢然后加盐加罗勒碎。(Add celery to the pan and sauté about 1 to 2 minute. Then add tomato and garlic and sauté about 2 more minutes. Stir occasionally and add salt & basil).
加入牛奶和淡奶油,大火烧开然后小火炖2分钟左右。(Add milk and heavy cream; bring it to a boil and then stew on low heat about 2 minutes).
加入芝士碎,继续小火炖2分钟左右直到芝士熔化。(Add shredded cheese and continue to stew on low heat about 2 minutes until the cheese is melt).
加入煎好的虾仁煮2分钟左右 (Add the cooked shrimp stew for 2 minutes).
然后加入煮好的意面再煮2分钟左右 (Then add the cooked pasta stew for another 2 minutes).
