Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter melted
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
7 Eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 Cup Almond Flour (Updated From 1 Cup)
1/2 teaspoon Xanthium gum
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 c (355 F)
Put the eggs into a bowl and beat for 1 - 2 mins on high.
Add coconut oil and melted butter to eggs, continue beating.
Add remaining ingredients. Will become quite thick
Scrape into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for 45 minutes. (Remove once a skewer comes out of the middle clean).

烤箱预热180度,融化黄油。

7个鸡蛋打到深容器中,用打蛋器高速打1-2分钟

加入两大勺椰子油和融化的黄油继续打

搅拌成浓稠的糊状后放到垫了烤纸的面包模具里

烤45分钟,用牙签测下里面是干的就可以了
