| Semi sweet chocolate chopped or chips | 130g |
| Buttermilk/water /milk | 150g |
| Non fat milk solids | 18g |
| Vanilla extract | 6g |

Pre heat 400°F. In the mixing bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy, add brown sugar, caster sugar, egg, vanilla extract,milk solids, banana, mix well. Shift flour and baking powder in the mixture, mix together(do not over mix), add butter milk. Put the chocolate chips at the end. 30 mins.
