花生酱/peanut butter | 1勺/1 tsp |
清酒/sake | 1勺/1 tsp |
土豆淀粉/potato starch | 1勺/1 tsp |
鸡胸肉/chicken breast | 250g |
准备食材,我用的是一罐的咖喱,但是也可以用咖喱块会更好吃,我做的份量是三人份。Gather all the ingredients, all the ingredients can make for three people.
把清酒,土豆淀粉加入到鸡胸肉里面搅拌匀,放一旁腌渍。Put sake, potato starch with chicken breast.
把所有的胡萝卜和土豆切成小方块状然后洗去土豆表面淀粉后放锅里中火开始炒,炒制表面变色。Cut the potatoes and carrots into little cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch then fried together until all the ingredients change the color.
接着先放入洋葱小火开始炒至半透明状,接着将鸡胸肉放入一起炒至鸡胸肉不泛红。Fried onions first until half transparent then put chicken breasts inside and fried together.
把炒好的鸡和土豆,胡萝卜,红绿椒全放在一起接着炒。Put chicken breasts, potatoes, carrots, and red green peppers fried together.
当所有食材炒的差不多时就可以加入咖喱和牛奶了。When all the ingredients are ready, add the curry and milk.
加入一勺花生酱或者番茄沙司,并加入少许酱油进行调味。Add soy sauce and peanut butter or ketchup.
最后把煮好的饭和咖喱鸡放到一起。大功告成了,美美的日式咖喱鸡肉饭,也可以煮个鸡蛋放在一起更好吃。Serve the curry with Japanese rice on the side also can eat with soft boiled egg.Yum yum!
