Almond flour | 1 cup |
Softened butter | 3 tablespoons |
Confectioners' sugar | 3 tablespoons |
Salt | 1/8 teaspoon |
Vanilla extract | 1/2 teaspoon |
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line the baking pan with a parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients into a cohesive dough in a mid size bowl.
Divid the dough into 9 balls onto the prepared parchment paper.
Use your finger to flatten the dough. Arrange the dough 1' apart.
Bake cookies 15 min in a traditional oven, until the they start to turn golden brown.
Remove cookies from the oven and cool them down before serving.
