Wash your fresh strawberries, chop them up.
Take out your favorite cup/jar/bottle for the day, add in some strawberry jam and the chopped strawberries.
Pour in some milk JUST ABOVE the Strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
For thickness, you can also sprinkle on some chia seeds.
Use a masher or a spoon to mash the strawberries and jam a little bit to let the juice mixed with milk.
This step is necessary, cuz you want to add the strawberry flavor into the milk.
Pour in more milk, and give it a stir.
OK, the Strawberry Milk is ready to be served!
