先做面团:In a bowl, mix together the water and yeast and let it stand about 5 minutes. Once bloomed, add olive oil. 在一个容器中加入温水和酵母放置5分钟,等酵母开始发一点时,加入橄榄油。

Grease a bowl with olive oil. Place the dough inside and allow it to be coated in the oil. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and wait for the dough to double in size, about 1 hour. Keep it in a warm place. use for pizza. 将面团抹上橄榄油,放在碗中,盖上保鲜膜在温暖处发酵1小时左右至2倍大。
面团发酵的时候来做BBQ酱:In a sauce pan, heat oil and cook onions and garlic until golden brown. 锅中油加热后,将洋葱和蒜炒至焦黄。
Add the remaining ingredients and allow the sauce to simmer about 20-30 minutes. 加入剩余的所有材料烧开后慢火煮20-30分钟。
Season with salt and pepper to taste. 加盐和黑椒粉调味。
接着准备topping的材料:先将鸡肉两面煎焦黄,取出一点BBQ酱(防止交叉污染)涂在两面。放烤箱400F烤15分钟,拿出后再涂一次BBQ酱。
洋葱切大粒,菠萝切块待用。
烤盘喷油,放一块发好的面团用手推至四周,用叉子扎洞,上面再抹一层橄榄油。
用勺子将酱料放盘上抹均匀,不要抹太多。鸡粒切大粒,放在剩余的酱料中拌匀。
在披萨上洒帕玛森奶酪和马苏里拉奶酪,铺满。
先放蔬菜类:洋葱、菠萝;再放鸡粒;再最上层再洒上一层奶酪,如有地方空,可再加些料。
烤箱400F烤15分钟后出炉切块。
