Chia seeds | 2 tbsp |
apple juice (or orange juice) | 1 tbsp |
Place the berries in a medium bowl and microwave for about 3 minutes, stopping to stir every minute.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and smash the berries with a fork until more juices seep out, but some chunks remain.
Add the chia seeds and apple or orange juice, and stir to combine.
Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes for the chia seeds to gel, stirring once halfway.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy with toast, on oatmeal, in breakfast parfaits, and more!
