做个芒果salsa, 可以配不同的菜,口味酸甜辣,很适合夏天去腻。我的芒果太熟了,汁水比较多。不够甜可以加椰糖。
1 Ripe Mango, peeled and diced (about 1 1/2 cups diced mango)
1/4 red bell pepper, diced small
1/2 red onion, finely diced
2 thai chiles, very thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive or avocado oil
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. organic tamarind juice
1 tsp. fresh chopped basil
1 tsp. fresh chopped mint
1 tsp. fresh chopped cilantro
