prep: roast pecan at 350F for 10 mins (+1–2 min)
Melt 8tbsp butter
Add 6 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar and 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 cup melted chocolate
Add 1 egg and 2 tbsp milk
Add 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup sugar and 7/4 cup flour
Add 1/2 dark chocolate chips and 1/2 cup pecan
Bake 350 F for 18 mins
