1. 把豆腐皮切成长30厘米宽15厘米大小。
Cut the bean curd skin into a sheet of 30cm long and 15 cm wide.
2. 瘦肉剁碎,形同肉末状。
Have the meat minced.
3. 把竹笋外皮剥掉,切成碎粒。
Skin the bamboo root and chop it up.
4. 把肉末和笋粒混合搅拌。

5. 加入以下调味料: 生抽一茶匙,蚝油半茶匙,糖半茶匙,花生油半茶匙,淀粉半茶匙。再次均匀搅拌。
Add in light soya sauce(1 tea spoon), oyster sauce(1/2 tea spoon), sugar(1/2), peanut cooking oil(1/2), starch(1/2). Mix them well.
6. 用豆腐皮把肉末包起来成春卷状,放碟子上。
Roll the minced mixture with the bean curd skins. Lay them on the plate.
6. 锅内把水烧开,放入肉卷大火蒸大约10分钟。
Steam the meat rolls for about 10 minutes.
7. 小碗里加入淀粉(1茶匙), 生抽(1/2), 老抽(1/2), 蚝油(1/2), 糖(1/2),水(3茶匙)搅拌勾芡。锅热后倒入1茶匙食用油,把勾芡的汁儿倒入,搅拌10秒,待成粘稠状,起锅淋在肉卷上。
Make a mixture in a bowl with starch(1 tea spoon), light soya sauce(1/2), dark soya sauce(1/2), oyster sauce(1/2), sugar(1/2), water(3 tea spoons). When the pot gets hot and dry, pour in 1 tea spoon of cooking oil, then the mixture. Stir it for about 10 seconds until it gets sticky. Spread it onto the meat rolls.
