芋泥流心戚风,没啥要注意的,芋泥用牛奶/奶油/炼乳随意搅成喜欢的程度就好,小心不要把blender打坏了
基础芋泥:香芋紫薯2:1,两个加起来300g足够应付8寸戚风
芋泥奶油:打发到六分之后加基础芋泥30%左右
