混合干性材料后再加入坚果酱等湿性材料,大致拌匀后上手捏,根据“面团”状态调整干湿度,直至能捏成团。搓成球后在各种粉/屑/碎里面滚几个来回使各面粘满,装进保鲜袋/密封容器中,冰箱冷藏或冷冻保存。
