家里过年买的云片糕快到期了,去年我出了方子,今年再出一个。把家里现有的食材用上,做了个美丽的甜点。吃着美味的同时,特别感谢那些为了让我们安心在家现在坚守在工作岗位的朋友。

The cloud cake that my family bought for the Spring Festival is about to expire. Last year, I worked out a way to eat it. This year, I worked out another way to eat it. Use the existing ingredients at home and make a beautiful dessert. While eating delicious food, I especially thank those friends who stick to their jobs.

云片糕华丽变身美丽甜品的做法

1、家里库存的大糕。

2、取出糕放在冷开水中泡一夜。

3、把没有泡软的糕剪剪碎放入锅中,再倒入一盒牛奶,中火边煮边搅至无颗粒。

4、好朋友送的家乡特产,冰糖年糕。拆封后将盘子底抹油,再把年糕放上面蒸软。

5、此时大糕彻底化在牛奶里,让我想起年代食物:奶糕。

6、年糕蒸软后用花朵模具压出年糕小花,取枸杞子插入年糕。造型做好放入奶糕中。一份美丽的甜点。(可以放年糕,元宵)
