Step1
柠檬洗干净,擦出柠檬皮屑。再挤出柠檬汁。Wash the lemon, make lemon zest, and squeeze out the lemon juice.

蛋白里加盐,再分两次加糖打发。打蛋器头上的蛋白呈现弯钩状态就是打好了。Split the egg yolks and whites. Add a bit salt to the egg white liquid, and separate the sugar into 2 portions. Beat the liquid, add sugar 1 portion at a time, 2 times all together. When the egg white looks like hook shaped one the egg beater head, it’s well done.

加入蛋黄打匀。Add the egg yolks, stir evenly.

筛入低筋粉和杏仁粉,用刮刀翻拌均匀。Sift in the low gluten flour and almond powder, and mix well with a scraper.

拌匀后加入柠檬皮屑和柠檬汁,拌匀。面糊就准备好了。Mix well. Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well. The paste is ready.

将面糊用裱花袋装入迷你纸杯,七分满,加入柠檬酱,再盖上面糊。Put the paste into the mini paper cups with a pastry bag, fill them up to 70%, add lemon sauce, and then cover it with paste.
盖好。

预热烤箱180度,预热完成后,把放纸杯的托盘放入烤箱中层,烤15分钟。Preheat the oven 180 degrees. After preheating, put the tray with paper cups in the oven, middle level, and bake for 15 minutes.
