Defrost 10 chicken legs and slice them through. Mix 45g of New Orleans marinade and 45g of water and dip the chicken legs in. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours, preferably flipping the chicken legs every few hours.
2. 预热烤箱200度。将腌制好放入腌制好的鸡根放在烤架上,下面放一个垫着油纸的烤盘。上下火200度烤30分钟;翻转鸡根,上火200度再烤10分钟。
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the marinated chicken legs on the grill with a baking sheet lined with greased paper. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes (top and bottom light), flip over the chicken legs and bake at 200 degrees for another 10 minutes (top light).
