乌龙茶泡奶五分钟。
Heat Oolongtea in milk over stove top for 5 minutes.
把蛋黄跟蛋清分开。
Separate egg yolk from egg white.
把油和乌龙奶茶跟蛋黄搅拌均匀然后最后加入面粉。
Add oil, Oolong milk tea and mix well with egg yolk. Then add in flour.
把蛋清加入糖跟米醋打到变亮白而挺的泡泡。
Add sugar and vinegar to egg whites and beat to stiff white foam peaks.
把蛋泡慢慢的加入面糊里搅拌均匀然后放进蛋糕模。
Slowly mix the egg white into the flour batter. Once well combined pour the batter into the cake mould.
把蛋糕模在毛巾上轻轻的撞破气泡。
Remove air bubbles from the batter by dropping the cake tin over a towel.
先放一小碗水在烤箱里,然后把蛋糕放进去。低温150度烤40分钟再180度烤20分钟。
