一锅水烧开。关火。鸡蛋从冰箱里取出直接放入热水。Boil the pot of water. Remove from heat. Take the eggs out of fridge and put directly into the hot water.
不加盖。据鸡蛋大小,在开水里泡12-15分钟。Do not cover the lid. Leave in the hot water for 12-15 min depends on the size of the eggs.
敲开鸡蛋,加日本昆布汁开吃。 Crack the egg and add Japanese tsuyu or dashi and serve.
